After a long hiatus, webcomic updates have finally returned. Comic #9 posted today, and here's hoping #10 will be up same time next week.

New Year, New Additions
Happy New Year! And with the new year comes several additions to the site. The teaser trailer is now online, and the first webcomic is up too. Hopefully this will whet your appetite for everything that's coming in 2008. Look for additions to the webcomic story every Monday from now on.

Panel One and Crow Shaders
The first webcomic almost wrapped up, although I'll probably be tweaking it the rest of the week. Its a one panel establishing shot. Drawing it was a bit harder than I expected. Anyway, look for it in the comic section of the site on the 1st of the year. In between drawing, I also tweaked the shaders on the crow so they matched the body feathers better. Mostly just involved work on the feet. Here's a render with the cleaned up shaders.

Webcomic Preproduction
Happy Thanksgiving! With some much needed time away from my studio, I've taken the opportunity to finalize the story for the series of webcomics that will lead in to the first episode. Once the story was done, I went ahead and drew thumbnails for each panel. They're very rough and fast, but it really helped flesh everything out. Looking forward to drawing the real thing. Here are a few examples, try not to laugh...
